This is the very reason why I wrote about the most painful times of my life – to be able to help others through theirs.
Thank you for your commitment to your healing. Thank you for choosing to live soul-led and connecting to your heart. I honor you, your courage, your bravery and I send you all of my love. In the decade of my own inner work and spiritual path I have learned that knowing we are supported is extremely important.
When the people around us, friends or family, our culture or society tell us that our transformation isn’t convenient for them, a place to come to be encouraged to keep going is crucial.
While I can’t sit with you in person and continue to tell you how proud of you I am, that you got this, and that you are exactly where you need to be each and every moment—I hope the below helps you along the way. Please come back to this page as often as you need to – each time you forget that you are sacred, whole, always supported and unconditionally loved. Each time you get too busy, too stressed, too overwhelmed and catch yourself caught up in the race and the drama of life—come back here to be reminded of the truth that you are divinely designed and have your own unique purpose. You matter!
And so do your dreams, desires and your commitment to living with an open heart. It’s beautiful! Pause, breathe and choose to remember, even if it takes some time and effort. Forgetting is normal. It is all about how quickly you can come back to your place of power and sovereignty—this is where the practice comes in. Please come back to this page as often as you need to—each time you forget that you are sacred, whole, always supported and unconditionally loved.
Please remember to love yourself well. Rest. Sleep. Nourish your body. Be patient. Go gentle. Make time to play. Laugh a little. Relax …
